A methodology for calculating transport emissions in cities with limited traffic data: Case study of diesel particulates and black carbon emissions in Murmansk.

This paper presents a methodology for calculating transport emissions in cities with limited traffic data. It uses the European Computer Programme to Calculate Emissions from Road Transport (COPERT) 4 model, in order to calculate emissions.
