Public consultation for the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of Larissa

The mayor of Larissa announced the beginning of the public consultation of the city’s Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan and referred to the important projects and actions that will be implemented in the forthcoming months.

In specific, in the frame of the city’s Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, 17 million Euros are planned to be invested for improving the city’s accessibility and the transport-traffic conditions. This goal will be achieved through numerous practices: the development of an expanded network of pedestrian zones and cycling lanes, the development of an integrated management system for pedestrian zones, as well as the construction of low traffic roads.
