Do you live in Trikala? Join MyWay!

MyWay is a journey planner with mobile user services that facilitates personalised seamless integration of public and private transport modes into a single trip and makes travelling around the city effortless, swift and pleasurable. Along with integrated ticket information and automatic readjustments, all possible transport modes available are displayed to the user in an integrated fashion, thus encouraging the use of cleaner modes of transport.

MyWay just launched its smartphone app, which enables the efficient and comfortable multi-modal travelling according to user's needs and preferences. Do you live in Trikala? Do you visit Trikala for vacation or business? Then give it a try! The APP is available on both Apple and Play stores. For more information and downloads, please visit project's website.

MyWay is a European funded project that investigates, develops and validates an integrated platform, the European Smart Mobility Resource Manager, including cloud-based services and facilities to support community supplied information collection and processing. The project addresses the efficient and seamless integration and use of complementary, capacity-limited mobility services in the overall urban travel chain, including all transport modes (motorised and non-motorised, EVs, public transport, flexible services such as transport on-demand) and mobility sharing schemes (e.g. car sharing, motorbike sharing and carpooling). The platform is being tested in three Living Lab demonstrations in Barcelona and Catalonia Region (ES), Berlin (DE), and Trikala (GR) involving local users and stakeholders. This approach gives priority to the egocentric vision of the user, finding the right compromise for each single traveller and offering a solution closest to his personal needs and preferences, making the frequent use of it (as an alternative to an ideal but not always practical solution) a main contribution to the sustainability of urban transport.

The app tested in three ‘living labs’ across Europe in Catalonia (Spain), Berlin (Germany) and Trikala (Greece).
